put tyre (half) on rim
put a bit of air in tube
put tube in tyre
make sure tube is in tyre
put half of bead on rim
let air out of tyre
put rest of tyre on rim (whilst swearing loudly)
use tyre levers to get bead on if necessary. -

Put one side on at a time.
When you are working the bead over the rim wall, make sure that the bead that has gone on is in the "well" of the rim. -

Put the tyre in the microwave on high for 15mins then it goes soft as butter and it'll be piss easy

Looks ok to me.
You need to make sure you're putting the tyre on the right way around though. The word 'Continental' should read left-to-right on the drive-side.
