I've decided not to buy a new frame, I'm just going to slowly upgrade the (borrowed) Lemond and try and get the best fit possible.
If you wanted the most noticeable improvement would you upgrade the wheelset or groupset? Current wheels are CXP33's on 105 hubs and 105 f/r deraillers with Tiagra shifters. Got gear issues though, It might be just ancient cables or it could be because its old and wasn't great new. Ideally I would just do both but can't swing that at the minute..
