that would appear to fit. those cranks and BB are compatible with each other.
i would assume the threading for the bottom bracket would be english threading, however i cant be sure as i am not 100% for that frame. you can probably tell if you have a look on the non drive side and see which ways the threads go. english threading would have a reverse thread on the non drive side.
