Yeah, thought about that. Need to make some sort of indents into the bottom of the polo though. Jol's method with a cross screw at the top will be a mega win... so you dont need to made the indents at the botton of the pole

Yeah, of course it is better to have the indents, or a cross screw, but I've hardly had any problems with the head spinning, even without them.
All I have to do is screw the bolt tighter every now and then, maybe once a week.
As long as you have the bolt tight, the pressure stops the head moving.
