I've been wearing my DZRs for a bit now (I got the velcro seatbelt ones ^^^) and can confirm CB's assessment. Comfy for walking, fine on the bike (although a bit flexy obviously). They do seem a bit narrow when you first get them but are stretching in nicely now.
I did find that I had a few failed clip-ins due to the proximity of the edges of the 'cleat-hole' to my pedal/cleats (I use Aliums). Nothing a few swipes with the Stanley knife didn't sort out but they definitely remain trickier to clip in to than 'proper' shoes.
