A Workshop for all of you! Your feedback please

I think those annual fees are quite high, I'm not sure I would pay more than £50/£60. But that's just me. Regarding the delivery idea, I quite like this, it could also serve as a pick up / drop off point for traders on this forum, I know sometimes it takes a load of coordination to make a transaction with other members, as everyone works different times etc. I really like the idea of having somewhere you can drop off, pick up sales items, especially if it's open late.

The fee's i quoted are very high, but its going to be difficult to match the low fees of the other open workshops and co ops around the country because they will be paying probably a tenth of the rent.
