I have been waiting for my stem that seems to have lost in the post. He says he's posted it 2 weeks ago. Just want my stem more than a refund really, but will give him till the end of the week to reply to my PM before sending another one. When I ordered my frame from him, it magically turn up the folllowing day after payment, so my expection with the stem delivery was quite high, oh well. I guess it really depends on what he's got on the plate at the moment when you buy sth from him. This is the downside from buying from a person rather than a company in my opinion, when the person is away, you have got to wait. Nevertheless, after this slightly negative experience, will still do business with him when he has what I want.
dont want to say a bad word about HS as ive not actually bought from him yet, but i phoned up today and he couldnt have been more helpful. i asked about a stems in stock, but he said they are quite low on priority as he makes almost no money from them.
i must say after speaking with him, i will happily buy from him with confidence in the future. maybe he just hasnt got round to getting it posted yet
