'Acceptable' or 'standard' - I wasn't being a smart arse, merely asking whether precedents would be set consciously or otherwise by a mega event such as the 'Polodrome' - regardless of whoever organised it.
How or why you work in 'borders between London and the rest' from that I don't get.
