Don't do it! I made that mistake last time they were giving away freebies, had to wash my mouth out with vinegar to get rid of the taste...
Anyone got any recommendation for brewed coffee from Square Mile's current range? My Monmouth Balmaadi is coming to an end and I want to change things up a bit.

I use their house blend, find it quite nice tbh.

'near' my office is an understatement btw, it's practically IN my office.

Most things I've read say NO to vinegar for descaling coffee machines.
The ones that are suggested tend to be citric acid based which doesn't taint the machine with vinegar.
Puly stuff isn't supposed to be citric acid either so they've got something funkier. Why not just use lemon juice? Theyre pretty full of citric acid. Probably much cheaper too.

If citric acid is OK, you certainly used to be able to get it in chemists in powder/crystal form. I imagine it's rather cheap.
The manual for my filter machine says to use white vinegar diluted 1:4 with water I think.

I really wouldn't use vinegar, I imagine the taste would linger forever. Lemon juice would be ok but the flavour is much stronger than citric acid granules and the concentration is impossible to determine.
Citric acid is easy to come by, get it at health food stores, homebrew places, or easiest of all at Tesco under the guise of washing machine descaler. Mix it up at 100g per litre. Don't use it on aluminium boilers, it's too strong, for that you need tartaric acid, also available at homebrew specialists or Gaggia dealers as Gaggia espresso descaler.

I'd actually really like a pro coffee machine with metal parts etc. They're so bloody expensive though.
Currently making do with a trusty caffetiere.
