Probably 26.6 or 26.8: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/seatpost-sizes.html

I may have to buy both and see what'll fit, as my measurements may be slightly out.

Take the frame to a friendly lbs - mine had a selection of old posts to try and find the right size (I measured it with callipers at home, but they insisted I came back with the frame)
I was talking to them about the seatpost-sizing rods mentioned by Sheldon and they didn’t rate them as they don’t go down far enough to get an accurate reading
I'm in need of a seatpost for an old Clements frame I'm using for a new project.
I used the measurement I made of 84mm and this website... http://www.csgnetwork.com/circlecalc.html
And have calculated the seatpost that I need to be a 26.7mm post.
Is there such a size out there?
