One "High5 Xtreme Energy Source" drink - 50 gram packet, citrus flavour, and:
One "Multipower active multi carbo bar" - 50 gram, lemon flavour. This one has a date of 30-09-10 on it, although it doesn't say 'best before' so this might just be a production date.
Both of these have caffeine in and as I'm not a caffeine addict I am not going to use them.
