Clapham South - helmetless bloke on a crappy mountain bike, rear v-brakes completely unattached, and no lights. asked him why his brakes were like that. he said he was "getting a new bike in a few days, so fuck it". I asked how long they'd been like that. He said about a week and laughed. .......
