Which decent casual SPD shoes? Dzr, Chrome, Quoc Pham, etc

Are they leather? My leather dzr/mission rondels seemed a 1/2 size too small but have now stretched to be snug like a bug.

Same thing with my DZR's, fabric though, not leather...

Hmm, mine have arrived and are too narrow, pinching my feet. I normally wear a 45, so I ordered a 45.
I was going to exchange them for a 46, but now n3il's got me wondering if that would be a mistake.

I normally take 44, so got 44. Tight at first, now perfect.
