Dilemma; hills or miles?
Is it well understood that the flat route is not a slacker's choice? That the statutory TNRC 17mph av will be adhered to?
I'm going to procrastinate some more so that events overtake me and a decision makes itself. See, this is what happens when you offer me choices, freedom overwhelms me and I'm left floundering in a sea of doubt.
