Also spotted yesterday evening, someone on a hybrid or MTB (couldn't tell) zooming out of Market Place across Great Portland St at about 20mph without even a glance. Missed being sideswiped by a vehicle doing at least the same speed by inches. Utterly insane.
Must have really shaken up the driver of the car.
