I do the Bow flyover twice a day, it's not that bad. It's better than Bow Road. And if you're going down to Stratford the momentum practically carries you all the way to the roundabout, like you're on a pinball machine.

I used to ride over that flyover all the time, never had a near miss on there. There's plenty of room for cars and bikes, even enough room to overtake slower cyclists. Only thing you need to be extra conscious of is traffic joining at the bottom of the flyover.
