Presto has quite a reputation in NL
However, the brand / company changed personel and owners several times.
At the moment it's only a bike shop and, as many other LBS do, they sell/sold bikes with their own label.
In the past they had their own frame builders and their own hand made frames, but at the moment it's just stickers (if they still do).
Some famous Amsterdam frame builders worked there, like Jan LEgrand, Peter Serier, Stroober and son, Bertus Slesker.
