  • Scherrit recommended Speedplay - they seem to be the most customizable/ future proof option, plus the way the cleats are fitted makes it much easier to adjust fore/aft without messing with the angle - and visa versa.

    I've not got the money to move from mtb to proper road shoes right now, but when I do - speedplay will get my money

  • Just "upgraded" from keo's to Speedplay due to hip and knee bio mechanic problems... Love them. The ability to micro adjust and dial the float and fit is brilliant

    The Look Keo max have an extra long threaded section on the spindle. so you have space to add spacers if needed. Simpler way of adjusting spindle length. Look also dont sue their customers, and competitors so much.

    Speedplay's business ethics go a little too far for my taste.
