    Are you trolling?

    In all versions, on the home page of the Kindle where it lists the books... the length of the line of dots below the title is relative to the length of the book.

    They act as great indicators, because you know roughly how long a book is instantly, without doing anything.

    Once in a book, do you need to check again? You already know whether it's a short, medium or long read... I'd rather than reduce the interface so that nothing but the text I'm reading is on that screen, which is what happens.

    I just don't see the problem, and there has always been a method for seeing how big a book is before you read it.
