Bought this second hand as a winter commuter bike, I'm not using it now the weathers nicer and it seems a shame to have it sitting around (ok, I'm getting hassled to reduce the number of bikes too :-( )
It's well used but works fine - the usual scuffs and marks on the frame, but nothing serious. Changes from standard are:
Avid v-brakes and Tektro long-pull levers - so better stopping than canti's and no fork judder.
Ultegra cranks (6500?), 170mm - not sure why the original owner changed them? Specialites 46 tooth chain ring, 16 tooth and 18 tooth Shimano freewheels.
It's set up as a commuter with 700x28 Gatorskins, the front is new and the rear has done a couple of hundred miles. It's also got SKS guards, full on the front and chopped on the rear so that you can still remove the back wheel - additional guard on top gives full protection.
Wheels are true and the rims seem OK. The saddle is a well used Fizik Arione, and the pedals are Shimano SPD. I've retaped the bars and replaced the brake cables recently.
As above it's a 54cm, would probably suit someone 5'7'' - 5'9''
I reckon £200 is fair, don't want to post it so can be picked up from SE London or Shoreditch.
