those are 26" wheels with 26 x 2.35 tyres, kinda throws the scale off, its quite a small frame,
vert dropouts, and derailleur hanger

I don't know the make of the frame, it came raw with no details of who the maker may be, there's a serial number on the bottom, but searches reveal nothing

a quick google search showed me the way..

I must say, it is a small frame, has a 14" seat tube 20" top tube, but still works well with 130mm forks
