Hornets on Kensington Church St (w8) has a supply of jackets £50ish. And lots of hats at £25. This might be a little too much for a one-off ride but I'm sure some may want to reuse...
They have a rather awesome red hunting jacket and 'skirt', but let's just say the price was out of my league.
