Ok, so had the Rear light (which is 140L) on a 2 cell pack for 4.5 hrs at 100% and it is just starting to go on to low mode (which they do when power is low)
So, i'm guessing the times in the above chart are for the 200L, which makes it about right for a 4hr run time, so that pack seems as good as new and holding a lot charge.
The front light is hooked up to a 4 cell pack and is still going strong on 100%... so basically it seems like there is nothing to worry about with the battery packs.

btw - been out on the bike with them for the last 2 hours and they are only warm, i have not been letting these overheat in my tests :)
