Go microdrive, get some 24t onza cranks, you'll find a 16t freewheel anywhere.
A bit more expensive (£35 or so for the crankset), but those Freeman 22t are junk, mine was 'sticky' first of all, and worse now it doesnt engage for a half rotation on one in every thirty or so spins (= teeth first into your handlebars) and as mentioned above, impossible to get off without destruction. Avoid like the plague.
