It's worth trying local bike shops, I was in a&w in south wimbledon and a guy was buying an old 21t freewheel while I was in there.
Although a&w is the greatest lbs ever, it's run by 2 guys in their 60's who build the most solid wheels I've ever had and it's basically floor to ceiling with boxes of parts. It's worth going in there to see what a proper bike shop should be.
