New Idea for a fixed infinite speed hub gear

(the need for frequent cable adjustment, difficulty in changing gear under load (especially the nexus 7 speed) then even if it weighs as much as a Nexus it's better.

I don't think there's a need for frequent cable adjustment, and changing gear under load shouldn't be a problem (unless you pedal while changing gear).
