I do hope this year if i can to do a trip to my mates gaff the old school way, ie train to Porthmadog, 8 miles to Nantmor, unload...3 miles to Beddgelert..pub..back..spend the next 2 days exploring old haunts around the place then the next day home. One of the best places for mtb is 5 mins down the road..and you can have a swim if its baking.
Lol...some of the hills..argh..
