I've got a friend from university who lives in Funabashi-shi, Chiba and works in Tokyo. He has a wife and a baby girl and was very glad to be working from home on the day of the quake. He's pretty much been 'don't panic everyone it will be fine', but the Home Office advice to Britons in Tokyo is now to leave. It's pretty worrying.
That's amazing.
