Wanted: 4 speed shifter (SA)/ bar end shifter

bit of a long shot but does anyone have a working 4 Sturmey Archer speed trigger shifter? Looks like they are hens teeth but you never know. If not a friction bar end shifter might do it, not sure if the left might even do- depends on the pull needed.
