Sorry to hear that, but I can understand their side of the story, however, 2 hours twice a week is reasonable and I'm sure they are cool with that. They know that we come on Tuesdays and Thursdays, if we start coming everyday like last week, they are not going to like it!
No need to make things official! Unless it's really unfair which it isn't.
