Sooner rather than later - next time we have a 10+ Sunday list. 10am-2pm would probably be enough time to do the games, but it may run til 3/4pm if we're disorganised or there are latecomers or we want 15 min games.

As fun as fancy dress might be, it may put some people off and push the date back...

Also, I was thinking £5 in, winners take all? Might spice it up a bit.

I make no secret of the fact I'd prefer to play polo. If polo turnout isn't high, I may do the rollercoaster ride with the missus, but I've done all those roads a million times.
