Noca's Shimano stem caps

I'm struggling to fit a 6 allen key (thus the marks, the cap was perfect), And I don't have half keys...

Today i was trying one of the last caps i did and UPSSS!!!!
The hardest thing to do is the "hole" for the tool. I think some of the caps might be 1mm out of measure. Well, this is not a problem (for me) becouse i use my fingers to screw the cap. The cap does not need to be screwed too much. It's hard for me to explain it by words. When you'll recieve the caps at home please try it and than let me now.
oh! And please post pics of it here ;)
