I think it is a combination of the glance and determination. If I think someone is really really trying to race me I will play with them for a bit and wait until they inevitable tire and cycle past them no handed whilst on my mobile.
I am trying so hard to be good though and avoid these scenarios. As people say, racing is for the track/circuit. I am a little frustrated at present though
