Quick question, maybe it has already been answer, but should I phone my local police and report an incident or phone the police in the area that it incident happened.
To put it into context I got hit by a car turning left when I had right of way - basically turned straight into me. He even said it was his fault. Once he realised I was alright he buggered off. Got two witnesses but one is a local drunk man (so not too reliable).
No serious injuries as my bag cushioned the fall, the tomatoes and milk in my bag were not so lucky. Front wheel is a little funny, looks like it may just need to be re-trued, I hope, and brake handle is a funky angle/
Anyway, want to report the incident but don't know if I should phone the police near the incident spot (Pimlico) or my local bobbies. Any ideas?
