There seems to be some critique of the guy's qualifications in the comments, so assume it's biased and factually incorrect and make your own mind up I guess.
It wouldn't surprise me if it were possible for something to go badly wrong, but by and large it looks like they're just about coping.
Flatmate just got back from the US where the news coverage is apparently basically "OMG WE'RE ALL GOING TO MUTATE AND DIE". I haven't watched the news here, but expect something similar.
