companies like that thrieve off first time customers directed to them from sweet sounding deals in magazines and the web, they don't give a toss for returning customers and likely, never will.
Its not just like this has happened to a few people, practically everyone I know/have heard of using winstanleys & hindes has had problems in one way or another.
I think their strap line on the top of their website should be 'Buyer Beware'
