I had this happen to me in Shoreditch a few hours ago! Worst thing is I even saw the guy standing near my bike, looking dodgy then hurry off. When he moved away and I saw my bike was still there I thought nothing more until I actual went to unlock it and realised my saddle had gone. Bugger! If it's the same Shoreditch saddle thief then he's about 6'2" white male, pretty skinny, dark medium length hair. Didn't see the face though. :(
