So many times people have ordered stuff that they say they have in stock, 2 months later they finally get a response telling them that they didn't have that in stock and they'll let them know when it is. Refund? No chance, just wait until it comes into stock.

used wintstanleys once, got burned with weeks and weeks of waiting for what was supposed to be in stock to finally turn up, gave them another chance, and lo & behold same shit. When you ring them they literally laugh "well what do you expect" was one comment, walk off with the phone on the table and never come back or just hang up.

Only 'bike' shop that are worse is Dave Hinde's, apparently they used to do good wheel & frame building donkies back, but ever since i've been into bikes (1999>) they have been the butt of all bike jokes and with good reason. Do not want. ever.
