Rigida are hardly budget, in fact, are often superior to even mavic (like the Andra 30).

Hi all,
Was wondering how many different brands of rims are available to Europeans? Tried to look for Alex rims, but came up empty.
Not that I'd need anything else than Mavic or maybe Ambrosio, but are "budget brands" like Alex and Rigida even available, here?
