You know what Void. I'm not so sure.
In the last year, I can honestly say I'd Rather have tackled hills fixed. I work better with one gear, and have ridden some long rides without even shifting gears...
I really want something bespoke, and specific to my weird anatomical measurement.
You want broader range of gears, like mtb's have right? Not so close-range. This is what ive always noticed when ive tried to stick with geared. Road/racing bikes are geared up high and with very small gaps. Makes it hardly worth changing gear and distrupting your flow. And yet, when you really want a big jump down when at a fuck steep hill, you run out of gears!
