was a right wing(nut) DJ in Nashville (Phil Valentine if you must) who insisted on pronouncing it Baracko Bomber with a pregnant enough pause between the two words every fucking time he mentioned him during the run up to the election in '08.
It's a calculated thing, getting his name wrong to compound how 'furren' he sounds, but Phil took it to another level by associating him with bombers, and thus terrorism.
