Carlton Flyer frames were built for many years - this one from the mid 1960s features Carlton’s proprietary Capellla lugs together with a Fischer fork crown which was used by Carlton/Raleigh for their track frames over many years and by other noted makers such as Masi... It has been very nicely powdercoated in an almost irridiscent purple.

Bought this a month or so ago on here from Facefart for £215. He described it to me as having perfect threads and no dents. When it arrived the threads needed retapping and there was a couple of small dents in the top tube (as can be seen from the pics). He said he would give me a refund so I ended up buying this instead http://www.lfgss.com/thread59763.html he ended up ignoring my e mails and not giving me a refund so Im selling back on.

I have had the bb threads retapped now so its all ready to go.

Not very nice of Facefart..if i sell something and it is not liked for whatever reason...i offer the buyer their money back....Complain to the powers that be on this forum....they might help you get some rstitution if you can't sell the frame.

Yeah understandable mate it's a lovely frame. Bang out of order what facefart did. If I hadn't just spent a small fortune on a old matrac frame and rim setup would have been able to offer more but the bike pot is running low ha ha. Can't believe no one has snapped it up yet! Good luck with it bro

I know yeah, cheers mate. Im surprised it hasnt gone either its a lovely frame, I just fell in love with the Holdsworth and had to buy it. Prob just keep it for a month or so and try again when its summer.
