On tuesday, my best friend had very incompetently attached her handbag (who cycles with a handbag anyway) to her rear rack, and as we crossed London Bridge it fell off giving me about 1 second to react.
Despite heroically swerving, my back wheel caught it and I awkwardly fell/jumped....straight into a lamppost. (Skinned knee and bashed elbow but nothing actually serious, just irritating that it happened)
