Beating People on the commute who have a better bike

i'm a puny-looking girl who rides a tiny mismatching, rag-doll single speed, often wearing entirely inappropriate clothes (short skirts, ripped tights and denim jackets) and i love the look of surprise when i fly past lycra-clad dudes, hipsters and couriers alike. Is this a crime?
