Bear in mind that there's two shape - the noodle and the randonneur.
noodle over randonneur (though Ihave only tried noodle), its the backwards curve in the top section, mimics mtb swept back risers, makes it easier on wrists I think.
Got to get some cranks, bb, seatpost, saddle, tyres and brakes before I should really be buying bars, but there you go!
