For me, and a few others, 10am is much more convenient than 11am, but for other lazy-boys it's too early. 10-2 satisfies both groups and gives everyone 3-4 hours play, right? The cricketing types seem to have got fed up, or moved to Saturday.
Obviously, it helps if there's an even-ish split between early-boys and lazy boys, but I don't mind practicing drills/2v2 or even 1v1 for a bit. If it worked well, it would also reduce the amount of waiting around.
