Now here's the shpeel...

Situated in a fair sized victorian terraced house situated next to Crofton Park station, on a quiet residential street. The room is a light filled double, thanks to two nicely placed sash windows. It comes unfurnished and also features a fitted wardrobe.

Sharing with 3 guys, (tree surgeon, teacher, and a bartender). They're sound dudes, who are all friendly and outgoing, with a variety of colourful personalities. Two of them are dance music producers (Dubstep/Minimal/Future Garage the other Techno/Psytrance) so we have also have a home studio at your disposal.

The lease expires in 2 months but everyone else is looking to renew, and the landlord is keen as well. So this would be perfect for both people looking for a short term stay, or those with a long term pad in mind.

So, why am I moving out? Well, I just got in on a dream warehouse share and had to snap it up, so sadly I'm having to put my room up for grabs.

I work 9 to 5 so I'm only around in the evenings for viewings, but can ditch any plans to facilitate viewings any evening this week (28/02). Please don't hesitate to get in touch via phone, PM or email.
