Anybody has used Parker International?

Places an order with them on Tues, they still haven't processed it. How do I know? Coz my bank called me today and had my card blocked due to some frund activities in the US... phew... hence I had to call Parker to change my card details, I called them this morning, and as of now, they still haven't processed my order.
Compare to Wiggle, CRC, On-One amoung others I have used, they are slow, very slow.
