No, "schleudern" doesn't work. That's OK for a car skidding, but you'd have to say something else for bikes.

"Sie schleudern!" would mean 'you are skidding' and "Haben schleudern" could only mean (at a stretch) '(we) have slings (for shooting)', but would otherwise be ungrammatical.

You'd better use their "suggest a better translation" feature :-)
