It's one of a number of German phrases that I will throw around, completely oblivious as to their true meaning.
It's irresponsible, and cavalier, I know.

Furchtbar.
"Und zwar" is a conjunction corresponding roughly to 'namely' or 'specifically', but it doesn't mean anything outside of a sentence construction. You wouldn't say "furchtbar" in this context. :)
